If you want to start using fat burning diets you are going to
have to take a varied diet that includes an odd assortment of
foods ranging from mangos to hot chili peppers to cheese.
The advantage of eating this category of foods is that you do
not have to consume them exclusively, just frequently along
with other food items so that you can keep your metabolism
high. Of course you still will have to exercise if you
want to lose weight, but you can burn twice as many fat
calories if you include these fat burning foods into your
regular plan.
A good way to get one of these fat burning products into your
diet every day is to start including a few of them as juices
into your menu every day. Many of the more acidic fruits
such as oranges, guava, and grapefruit have high fat burning
qualities because of their high content of Vitamin C.
Vitamin C actually attacks fat and breaks it down so that the
body can release it quickly, so if you drink 100% Juice in the
morning, or start your morning with one of these fruits, you
are already on your way to start fat burning diets.
There are also other fruits such
as apples that are high in pectin which reduces fat absorption
and encourages the fat to be taken in with the water in your
system, thus you actually will be releasing fat through both
venues of digestion. Although not specifically a part of
your fat burning diet, it is
working to clear your system of fat, which is the original
point.
Recently, dairy has been added to
the list of foods that helps in this category because the
calcium increases the breakdown of the fat that is actually in
fatty cell deposits in your system. If you regularly eat
dairy before exercise, not only are you boosting your fat
burning through the exercise, but if you have a diet that
includes 3-4 servings of calcium a day, you will burn more fat
naturally just through eating than if you ate a food that did
not include diary, as the extra fat burning agent is working
all day long to breakdown your fat.
Then of course, there are the fat
burning foods that seem to come out of nowhere. You
cannot really group together some items that have been proven
to burn fat, but somehow regular inclusion in your diet will
burn fat. For example, a great food item to use in your
fat burning diets is red chilies because the capsaicin in them
helps build up your metabolism, and every time your metabolism
is up, you are burning more fat. Other odd foods that
seem to help are asparagus, soybeans, cabbage, and
potatoes.
Finally, if you want any fat
burning diets to work, you are going to have to exercise as
well. All of the items mentioned above when included in
your hand book are going to help your body burn fat quickly,
but periods of exercise are when you burn the most fat, and
thus lose more weight. So if you include these foods in
your meal before and after exercise you could actually start
burning double the amount of fat you have already started to
increase. So with a proper diet, you get an even more
stunning result.
